It was dark the first we drove by, but I could see a tree growing out of the side of the window. I wondered what kind of people would have this of appreciation for nature. It was Bakery Lovina.......
They feature a bakery(with good coffee), spirits and imported foods. The winery is stocked with a surprising assortment of imported wines and spirits. They have the brands that an expatriate would know tastefully presented for sale. Imported foods that you didn’t think you could get down at the beach, can be found here. They don’t try to keep everything, but they do a good job of keeping what you miss being away. Take a look at the shelves on the tour.
The Bakery is the main attraction. Pastries and sweets are sold out of the case. My favorite is the red grape strudel. They have a wider selection available; you only need to ask. In addition to that, they are a full service restaurant serving a variety of foods. The pizza is my favorite so far. Finally, the dining rooms are indoors and air-conditioned. Granted the weather is nice in most cases, but it’s still nice to come inside when its warm or avoid the noise of the street while having coffee amongst an indoor garden.
A welcome message for Hans at Bakery Lovina…..
Hi, I am from Germany-I am retired and I was looking for a place to stay when I get older – so I picked Bali. We married 17 years ago in Bali. I went with my wife to Germany. She worked there for three years in a Bakery. This business belongs to her and she is a professional Baker and makes all the breads cakes and pies. We also have a good selection of cheese and meat. 90 % off our items are imported from Australia, Europe and the US. was dark the first we drove by Bakery Lovina but I could see a tree growing out of the side of the window. I wondered what kind of people would have this kind of appreciate for nature. I was Bakery Lovina....... Hans
